BALI Routine: Fitness , Food & Work !

My Bali Routine: Fitness, food, work and every now and then a little travel. Getting fit and settled in paradise – this is how do it !

Helloooo my Loves,

I’ve been so busy lately and will tell you everything about it in an upcoming MY LIFE IN LETTERS blogpost soon.

I’ve arrived in Bali and after traveling for almost 2 years straight , this is really the place where I want to spend the next few months and have a real home.

And another thing, I know that I said that I want to blog in english here from now on but to be honest it kind of doesn’t feel natural so I think about if i should just switch to german again. I might get an assistant to help me translate the posts but for my personal blog it just feels better to write in german – the Goaldigger one will be in english though.

Traveling the world was fun but to be honest it was also very exhausting. So all I really crave for at the moment is some routine, a place that I can call mine and get back to work again. My plan is to get super fit and since I live in Canggu, where they have tons of healthy cafes and places, its gonna be easier than ever.

But of course, I also need a routine for that. And since I want to engage more in network marketing again and my team is in Europe, I will have to sort something out to make it work even though there is a 6 hour time difference.

BALI ROUTINE ON TRAINING DAYS

Wake up 8 am

SAVERS Morning routine  until 9 AM

9 AM: Post workout / Pre Breakfast:

and some FREE time until 9:45  – for smart phone, pool, shower whatever

9:45 AM: Beauty Routine

10-12: work on the blogs, youtube or the book

12-13: Breakfast

 

  • two eggs and two egg whites with cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa or 1 sweet potato or 2 slices of bread
  • fruit

13-14: study (learn something new, perfection my skills in something)

14.30 – drive to the beach

15-17 Surf

17-18 after surf meet up beach / sunset / snack / meeting new people / social media

19: dinner

  • lean protein
  • veggies
  • lean high fiber carbs (like brown rice / quinoa)

20-22 network marketing ( german time: 14-16 : latest meeting 15.30 ! 😉 )

from 22: open

before bed: skincare routine

BALI ROUTINE ON REST DAYS

Wake up 8 am

SAVERS Morning routine  until 9 AM

10-12: work on the blogs or the book

  • smoothie bowl with granola

 

13-14: study (learn something new, perfectioning my skills in something)

16-17:

snack – 1/2 avocado with carbs or fruit or smoothie

19: dinner

  • two eggs and two egg whites with cheese
  • 1/2 avocado

20-22 network marketing ( german time: 14-16 : latest meeting 15.30)

from 22: open

before bed: skincare routine
